I know I've mentioned it several times but this last fall in Colorado was tricky to get good photos. It was rainy, foggy, and snowy. Stephanie and Sean's snowy mountain top engagement photo session was no different. We had this amazing idea and had to turn back and reschedule as the weather went bad. I am so glad we did. This day was amazing.
I had found this really cool 4x4 road that we took to get to the top of the mountains. Along the way we stopped for some fall aspen colors, of course. As we got closer and closer to the top there was over 2 feet of snow. It was proving to be to hard to get the car up there so we had to hop out and hike the rest of the way to the top.
Once we were up top you could see everywhere just as the sun was setting. It was kinda hard to get around with all the snow but so much fun.
It's a really great spot that definitely needs to be explored more. I will be back!
