If you are struggling to find an easy-going mountain wedding ceremony spot, you should consider a Crested Butte Land Trust Wedding.
The meadow is filled with wildflowers in Spring / Early Summer and the view is fantastic. You are also surrounded by my favorite things in nature, Aspen trees.
When you arrive at the Crested Butte Land Trust you follow this narrow path through some Aspen trees and cow parsnips. They are these cool long sticky plants with poofs of white flowers that remind me of umbrellas.
Debbie and Eric started out the day getting ready up in Mount Crested Butte. The down is divided betweek the town of Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte which is just up the mountain a bit more near the ski resort. The Land Trust is down closer to the the town. It was rather convienent for them as their reception followed at Rainbow Park on the edge of town.
