If you're looking for a simple location but yet amazing views look no further than Red Rock Amphitheater and Park. Yes, one of the best places in the world to see a concert is also a great wedding venue. You can have your wedding within the amphiteater at the Rock Room or the Upper Terrace. Click Here for to get more info if you're interested. This is more suited for larger (150+) weddings.
If your guest count is 200 or less you should also consider a Red Rocks Trading Post Wedding. Its lawn area has an amazing view and is quite affordable.
The other option is to get married in the surrounding park. It's managed and run by the city of Denver. You do need to obtain a permit, but beyond that, you can wander anywhere for photos... except on top of some rock formations of course.
This was the case for Kary and Heather. They live in Wyoming but opted to come to Denver with their family and friends to have a fantastic dinner and get married away from the insane wind and dirt of southern Wyoming.
After having a short ceremony with a few friends and their family we then wandered the park and had some fun before they all went off for an amazing dinner.
I am available for all of Colorado and destination weddings, elopements, and engagements. I love to wander.
