The Sanctuary Golf Course is a great place to have a wedding. It's just outside Denver in Sedalia so you get the feeling like you're in the mountains without all the work and having to fight traffic. The venue itself has really nice architectural design if you into that too. You get huge views and good sunsets, there's a grotto type bridge/walkway and the course itself is gorgeous. The surrounding area is really nice for hiking trails and a pasture where a bunch of Buffalo roam around. There's lots of great photo options.
Katie and Josh got married not to far away at the Cherry Hills Community Church in Highlands Ranch. Another venue with really nice architectural style.
After the wedding ceremony we headed toward the Sanctuary Golf Course and stopped along the way here and there to take some shots and enjoy the views. What I remember most is it was crazy windy. Like making your eyes tear up wind. No bueno.
Once at the Sanctuary Katie and Josh had so much fun dancing and partying with their friends and family. I was really touched while watching Katie dance with her dad.
