This Winter Park Wedding at The Lodge at Sunspot in Winter Park is yet another reminder that this is one of the best wedding venues in Colorado. They also have a ceremony site called Lunch Rock which overlooks the town of Winter Park.
It is pretty close to Denver vs other mountain resort destination locations, and the largest bonus has to be that you get these amazing sunsets that shine all the way into Fraser Valley. Add in the fall colors, and I am sold!
Nancy and Rob may have had a smaller wedding but they had people come from all over the globe come to Winter Park to celebrate with them. They love to travel and integrated lots of little travel details into their wedding. The place settings were luggage tags and for their "guest book" they had a huge map that everyone could pin where they were from, and at each setting was a delicious Chinese pastry.
If you're thinking of getting married in Winter Park, the Winter Park Resort is a great option and has a few locations for you to choose from.
If the mountain resort isn't quite the feel you are after there are several venues within the Fraser and Grand Valley that I would love to show you.
I am available for all of Colorado and destination weddings, elopements, and engagements. I love to wander.
