We started out the day with Yan getting ready at the Glow Salon and Spa in Estes Park. A full service salon right in Estes off Highway 34 and Highway 7 as you get into Estes Park. It's very convienent to get to and out of since its not all the way in town.
If you're considering a Rocky Mountain National Park wedding click this link to get started. Do yourself a favor and do it! There are so many amazing spots for photos in a relatively small area.
Yan and Tim chose Sprague Lake to get married for the glorious mountain view and obviously the lake itself. They also liked the small deck that extends over the lake a bit while having the mountains in the distance.
We were very fortunate to have a Moose as a wedding guest. It was eating some grasses and then proceeded to dash across the lake and play in the water. It was a really fun moment.
Like this wedding location? Check out this other Sprague Lake ElopementAfter their ceremony we wandered the park and found some amazing Aspen trees (My favorite) and I did some wet plate photographs. Those are the black and white ones in the trees. They were a nice change of pace during the day.
The photo adventure didn't end there as we make a visit to the Moraine Park and then up top on Trail Ridge Road.
