If rain on your wedding day is good luck, these two have gallons of it. Their Hudson Gardens Wedding has waves of rain to mist, to downpour but they never let it get them down. In fact, it made it fun. Thankfully it was still warm and no wind so once you're soaked... you can't get more wet. These two had a good time with it and they are so in love that it really just made for an amazing evening and a hilarious story.
Kay contacted me after her original photographer straight up moved to another state and bailed on her. About a month or so before her wedding date. I was more than happy to step in for them and take that unneeded stress of her.
There are several great moments I remember from this wedding. One being Kay and her dad's first look, and then seeing just how overwhelmed Austin's son was with joy during and after the ceremony. It was great. Also their dance together with the three of them was touching. I was also very moved by Austin during the ceremony seeing just how much it meant to him to have his close friends up there with him and how he looked at Kaley. A wedding it a big moment but some people can get overwhelmed and maxxed out. Not Austin. He was present, aware, and loving hard all the way through it.
While the weather may not have been awesome, the day certainly was.
